Sopra Steria is hiring a Python/React Module Lead for its core applications development division in Noida. Positioned as a hands-on technical lead, this role centers on designing, engineering, and scaling robust full-stack software products. You will own modules end-to-end, balancing server-side compute logic with dynamic client-side interfaces. The daily scope involves architecting microservices, optimizing schema queries across relational datastores, building reusable front-end architectures, running continuous code quality checks, and spearheading production root-cause analysis loops within automated cloud deployment pipelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 4–6 years of proven professional software engineering depth explicitly centered on full-stack Python and React.js development frameworks.
• Advanced programming proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience building structured, secure backend application layers and APIs using modern frameworks like Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Strong expertise engineering modular client-side interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript, backed by clean semantic HTML and responsive CSS layouts.
• Practical capability modeling datasets, writing optimized queries, and designing database constraints across platforms such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Thorough structural command over Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and clean architectural software design patterns.
• Foundational familiarity deploying, monitoring, or configuring assets across public cloud landscapes, specifically Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Day-to-day familiarity utilizing Git-based version control tools, managing code branching, and running automated test suites inside continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Baseline exposure or practical knowledge managing container environments via Docker and coordinating workloads across Kubernetes clusters.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, sharp analytical problem-solving patterns, and a proven capability to translate complex functional business requirements directly into reliable technical components.
